We are winding down our time here in Prato, after an eventful and exciting semester. Prato has become a home to us – we are so grateful to Prato and all of Italy for opening its heart and home to us. Thank you!!

Our open studio and exhibition reception were a great success.
Thank you to all the University of New Haven students and Prato community who came out to see the students’ work.

Our pioneering students- Shaina Bernard, Ashley Gibbs, Jazzlynn Gilot, Qingyu Lu, Jen Moore, Whalen Polikoff, Matthew Russo, McKenzie West, and Professor Patricia Miranda, have embarked on this exciting journey of a semester in lovely Prato. We are already attached to our new home abroad, with its amazing food, culture and people.

As part of their course work here students have been tasked to share their thoughts and experiences on the art and culture of Prato and Italy, and their school work, through Photo Essays, Artistic Essays, and Personal Reflections.
